  WHAT DONORS DO: 

  1.       Visit Chariot’s link at your website, and call or fill out the online form. 
  2.       Our service providers meet donors directly for the car, keys, and title.
  3.       After the acquisition, donors receive a receipt for their taxes.
  

  WHAT CHARIOT DOES:

COST OF SERVICE

Chariot only gets paid when a car is donated. There are no membership fees, no initial signup fees, no monthly maintenance charges, and no upfront extras.  All fees are deducted from the proceeds of donated vehicles. In general, a facilitator should charge between 20-25% of the auction's proceeds.

The donor, on the other hand, will receive a tax deduction for the sale amount of the vehicle with a minimum of $500.00. That means if a vehicle sells for only $200 or $300, the donor’s deduction is still $500 by law. If it sells for more than $500, then the tax deduction is the sale amount.  Please call for additional information.

​A Message from Our Founder


Our company has been in a unique position to serve car donation programs since 2010. We have the rare experience of knowing the car donation business all over the US and Canada.

As acquisition managers, we have secured all kinds of vehicles on a nationwide basis taking over 6,500 donations to auction for charities. Over time, we noticed many donors would rather donate to their own, familiar organizations like places of worship, but accepting a vehicle is cumbersome for even large churches. Yet at the same time, these institutions would deeply appreciate the increased revenue.

Since we have a nationwide command for managing acquisitions and since it is undesirable for organizations to execute the work on their own, we created our program as a service for the Christian community.  Now, churches and like-minded Christ-centered organizations can use this robust fundraising method that other types of charities enjoy in this $2 billion industry.
